It hurts to make mistakes but they are learning opportunities.

We all make mistakes. Experts and novices alike make mistakes. Some mistakes are harmless, and we get lucky that no one notices, but other times the mistakes we make become a wake-up call to course-correct our ways. 

We can learn from other people’s mistakes, but sometimes the only way for an idea to sink in is by making a mistake and learning from it. Yes, it feels horrible to make a mistake, but it is also a learning opportunity. 

So let’s talk about the mistakes we have made to learn from each other’s experiences.
