Great post! Im actually about to start PT because I’m always throwing my back out. I’m going to check out those yoga moves….but don’t push it - you wont see yoga pants in my Amazon cart anytime soon! :)

Never say never! Haha…a morning stretch routine has been helpful but I may also need to go for PT for my lower back. What’s amazing is I feel great running and feel no pain at all, it’s only when I’m sitting do I feel the pain. Hope your PT goes well! ✊🏽
