Great post! Im actually about to start PT because Iβm always throwing my back out. Iβm going to check out those yoga movesβ¦.but donβt push it - you wont see yoga pants in my Amazon cart anytime soon! :)
Never say never! Hahaβ¦a morning stretch routine has been helpful but I may also need to go for PT for my lower back. Whatβs amazing is I feel great running and feel no pain at all, itβs only when Iβm sitting do I feel the pain. Hope your PT goes well! βπ½
