What if you leaned in 25% more into everything you did today?

It’s easy to stand on the sidelines and go along for the ride. It’s more work to step off of the sideline and into the field to play where we can achieve our true potential.

Sometimes we get into patterns that hold us back. We let others take the front seat and go along for the ride when we are the ones who should be driving.

Let’s begin to change that starting right now.

Make an intention to bring 25% more of your true self in all the interactions you have with your team, your clients, and most importantly yourself.

Hold back less of yourself and bring 25% more of your amazing self.
