As it relates to your work project, I am reminded of the Bill Gates quote:
"The first rule of any technology used in a business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify the inefficiency."
Great point. A company canβt keep throwing technology at a problem, instead take a step back and look at the experience to get it right first. Then use technology to support the experience.
