Life finds a way! I believe that life shows us the path we must travel. Whether we need to pick up certain skills to get to our next level or to face reality by addressing some part within us we have been hiding, if we pay attention, we can get an idea of what path we need to take.
So, dear Low Fidelity readers, we’re bringing back the discussion thread to hear your thoughts and ideas.

At least you have the awareness of this behavior since that is the first step to making the change needed. Its tough to give ourselves a break since we expect perfection in what we do, speaking from experience. Meditation and journaling can help in developing the self-compassion we need. Stay strong! 👍🏽
For me, life is telling me to go all in. Whether it’s at work, with Low Fidelity, or with my family, go all in. I need to get off the sidelines and and and take charge by diving into what brings me happiness. ✊🏽
Life is trying to tell me that often paths already blazed by others do not necessarily lead to where you want to go. Even if the path that has been created before you is easier to walk on, you could end up traveling a one thousand miles in the wrong direction.

Most often, things fall into place when I stop trying so hard.
That’s a great insight. I know I get impatient and want results yesterday but change takes the time it needs. Thanks for sharing your lesson Holly! 🙏🏽

Great insight Adam. I believe the key is to understand our “why” and do what aligns with your goals and values. Thanks for sharing! ✊🏽
