Solid! The Sleepy Time herbal tea is good. I’m curious about the infrared light and the ambient sound at that precise wavelength. How do those help?

Infrared light is a bit of a healing regiment. It helps your body and muscles relax.

I usually listen to 963 Hz in the morning and 432 Hz at night. At night 432 Hz allows your brain to unwind.
