Rizwan, I like what you said about journaling and how those things we put to paper as just emptying our minds daily (and sometimes our hearts!) can be topics that develop into posts. I definitely get the same result from journaling.

Definitely mornings. If I don’t make certain activities priorities, then my day gets away from me and those activities don’t get done. Many people wonder why I wake up so early in the morning (5 a.m.!), and I explain that extra time allows me to focus on those activities before I begin my day job.

Same here! I need to wake up a few hours before my family so I have some quiet time. I try to wake up at 4 usually. It’s my time to enjoy through writing. πŸ˜€
