A wind-down ritual is a set of actions we take at the end of the day. It's a gentle way to let your mind and body know to transition toward going to sleep. This is also a time to cherish precious moments away from devices and technology.
My wind-down ritual on most days includes the following:
Having a cup of green tea with my wife.
Moving to the bedroom about an hour before it's time to sleep.
Brushing my teeth
Reading a book
Filling up my water bottle and drinking enough for the night
Setting the alarm for the following day, if needed.

Infrared light is a bit of a healing regiment. It helps your body and muscles relax.
I usually listen to 963 Hz in the morning and 432 Hz at night. At night 432 Hz allows your brain to unwind.
